Requirements to purchase, attend training and sell the services:

• Must be a member of United Infrared
• Must be Level I Certified Infrared Thermographer
• Must attend DCIR Module training
• Must have a Certificate of Insurance and executed DCIR Agreement on file in UI offices prior to attending Module Training (Please download a copy of the Agreement in PDF form here). Please review this Agreement, print two copies, fill out information and execute on pages 1, 6, 8, and 9 and mail both copies and Certificate of Insurance to the address below.
